In addition, Bruce served as an instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia, and Artesia, New Mexico. He taught courses on Immigration Law, Search and Seizure Law, and Courtroom Testimony. He also counseled federal law enforcement agents on law, procedure, and policy matters.
